SHIPPING POLICY
Buyer is responsible for Shipping Costs.
All Products are Shipped through USPS with Insurance & Tracking unless picked up in person.
Any special requests for shipping are at extra charge and
you must call to arrange the special request.
We ship Priority Flat Rate when possible. The Large Flat Rate box size is the default in the Check Out. If the item will fit into a smaller box your price for Shipping will be adjusted.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We request Returns be preceded with a Phone Call or Email to explain the issue you are having.
If Returning the Product by Mail due to any reason other than damage we require the following:

Return Shipping is the responsibility of the Customer.

Shipping must have Insurance & Tracking.

Product must be packaged adequately to prevent damage.

Items must be shipped within 7 business days of contacting us.
If Returning the Product due to damage we require the following:

Provide photos of damage, including:

Outside of Box, Inside of Box, & Product.
We will keep in contact with you while work with Insurance.
